Shipping policy

We ship within Australia only.

Shipping is free Australia-wide on all orders.

Orders are dispatched from Sydney within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
· Sydney metro — 2–4 business days
· Other capital cities — 3–6 business days
· Regional and remote areas — 5–10 business days

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and can take longer during peak periods.

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. If it hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email mummamaison@gmail.com and we'll follow it up.

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery, and redelivery costs may apply.

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us and we'll make it right. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
